I grew up in the Japanese countryside, where every season invited me to play outside and stay active. Movement has always been part of my life — from my first inline hockey sessions with friends to eventually studying Sports Science and becoming a certified coach. What I’ve learned along the way is simple: you don’t need hours in the gym to feel strong and energized. My passion now is helping busy people find joy in movement, build habits that fit their lives, and discover that even 5 minutes a day can make a real difference.

Do I need any equipment for this program?
No. All you need is your body and a floor. A yoga mat can make it more comfortable, but it’s not required. You can do all the exercises without one.
How much time do I need to dedicate?
Absolutely! I designed this program with both progressions and regressions for each exercise. That means if an exercise feels too hard, you can make it easier, and if it’s too easy, you can make it harder. Since the workouts are time-based (5 minutes), you can always slow the movements down or adjust them to match your current level.
What time of the day should I do it?
Just 5 minutes a day! Realistically, with setup and transition time, it’s about 10 minutes total—less than 1.5 hours a week. No more excuses!
What happens after the 3-month program finishes?
After the 3 months, you’ll join a community of like-minded people and get access to ongoing, exclusive videos to help you keep moving and stay healthy. Your subscription will continue, but you can cancel anytime (though I’d be sad to see you go!).
I have an injury. Can I still do this program?
Please consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting. You can also reach out to me directly. We can always adjust the movements to fit your situation. Moving within a pain-free range is almost always better than not moving at all.
Will I get any one-on-one support?
Yes! As soon as you start, you’ll join our community chat where you can ask questions. You can also reach out to me directly if it’s something you’d prefer not to ask in the group.
Can I get a refund if the program doesn’t work for me?
Yes. If you feel the program hasn’t provided value, you can get a refund for that month—no questions asked.
Can I invite friends or family?
Yes! Message me if you’d like to refer friends or family, and they’ll get a special discount.
What kind of results can I expect?
This program gives you the tools to transform your fitness. Some clients have lost up to 9 kg in three months, others have regained strength, improved mobility, or reduced joint pain. Results vary by individual, but with the community support and resources available, you’ll have everything you need to reach your goals.
Is there an age limit to participate?
Not at all! I have clients from ages 20 to 70. If you’re younger or older, you can still join. The program is about creating a routine that fits your lifestyle.
Will there be a chance to meet other community members?
Yes! I’ll host a monthly community call where we celebrate wins and go through interesting topics together.
Will I learn about nutrition too?
Yes! You’ll get access to bonus recipes, nutrition tips, weight loss guidance, and mobility videos.
